Refund policy

All sales are NON-REFUNDABLE unless item has a manufacturer defect. 
Only exchanges and merchandise credit will be allowed if merchandise arrives damaged or defective due to shipping. 

Any other return requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. 

Requests for exchanges or store credit must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise. 

To submit an exchange request, please email the following information to SUPPORT@COLLECTIONBYQUEENIE.COM:

1) Name
2) E-mail Address
3) Order #
4) Order Date
5) Item(s) being returned
6) Reason for Return/Exchange
7) Supporting photo showing the damage/defect of the item(s)

Once this information is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return label to the email provided. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of the return authorization. We will follow up via email once we receive and inspect the returned item. 

Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and will not be added to your store credit balance. Only the original cost of item(s) will be added.
